Executive, AXIS Net & Online Payment

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring all AXIS Net and PPOB transaction ( daily, each partners, each type of transaction, each denomination, prepaid & postpaid)
- Responsible for AXIS net product inventory by maintaining available stock by coordinating with Card Management team
- Responsible for reconciliation process ( daily, each partners, each type of transaction, each denomination, prepaid & postpaid )
- Alignment with other internal department ( CS, NOC, Finance ) for top up failed transaction as well as with external department ( PPOB recon team ) for debit failed transaction
- To prepare, analyzing and reporting AXIS Net & Online Payment sales ( regular & promo at partners )
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Comfortable with using standard applications of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skill and self management
- Strong in analytical skill and fast learner
